Participated in loading and unloading vans with items. Liaising with food banks and grocery stores, sorting food items, checking for expiration dates, discarding expired items, and maintaining the pantry area, keeping it clean and organized. I also assisted families and individuals with getting items in pantry and carrying them to their vehicles or back to public transportation.
